I believe everything you need is already inside of you. Therapy is a collaborative process to draw that out.

Whether you are imagining a future family, trying to conceive, pregnant, postpartum, experiencing infertility, or grieving a miscarriage or abortion, this is a complex stage of life that can bring up anxiety, depression, and other issues.
I have experience helping women and parents at each stage of this journey. There is no shame in asking for help with this major life transition.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a powerful modality of therapy that helps us connect with our inner, vulnerable parts and offer them the healing that they need. It is a collaborative, compassionate, and spiritual practice that can help you become integrated and whole.

My ultimate motivation in becoming a therapist is in addressing and combating systemic oppression. As a White, straight, cisgender, able-bodied person, I am aware of the identities that I bring into the therapy room and how that might affect the client. I firmly believe that systemic and structural oppression has a negative impact on mental health. In this space, I want you to feel seen and heard.

Consultation
I am happy to provide consultation services to fellow therapists for a sliding scale fee, particularly those who might need support around perinatal mental health cases.
