About Me

“You have to hold out to see how your life unfolds, because it is most likely beyond what you can imagine. It is not a question of if you will survive this, but what beautiful things await you when you do.”
- Chanel Miller

I came to this career after having several wonderful therapists who guided me through my early adulthood. Prior to becoming a mental health counselor, I worked in education and nonprofits. I bring this social justice lens to working with clients to help them grow internally while keeping an eye on broader systemic issues that are impacting them.

As a therapist, I prioritize having authentic, collaborative, and transformative relationships with my clients. At the end of the day, it is important to have a strong relationship in therapy, so I bring myself to this work with respect and compassion for each person who walks in the door.

I am from Rhode Island and have also lived in California and New York. I love practicing yoga, gardening, and spending time with my cats.
